What a Bulin 47 face swap changes
Here, “face swap” means generative character replacement. The studio uses one portrait to replace the pink-shirt performer in a fixed, full-color reference clip. Its instructions cover the face, hair and outfit; this is more than pasting a face onto unchanged footage. The intended shot keeps the surrounding crowd and handheld camera movement, but details can drift. You cannot upload a different source video in this workflow.
Choose a portrait the model can read
Use a single, well-lit person with the face, hair and upper body visible. A close face crop gives less information about clothing; heavy shadows, sunglasses and beauty filters hide identity cues. Use your own photo or a portrait you have permission to use. Preview the crop before submitting, and make sure you selected the intended file.
Create the clip and check identity over time
Add the portrait in the studio on this page, review the displayed credit cost and submit when ready. The configured replacement workflow uses Seedance 2.5, a roughly 15-second reference and 480p output. It delivers a silent video. Review the opening, head turns, moments when a phone or arm crosses the performer, and the final frames. Look for a drifting face, reappearing source clothing or changes to bystanders. A completed render does not guarantee an exact match.
Can I change only the face or keep the original sound?
There is no face-only mask control in this studio: the replacement prompt includes hair and clothing. The original sound is not included in the generated download. After reviewing the picture, download the video and choose an available track in your editor or publishing app. This independent studio is not affiliated with Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai. Reference-gallery clips illustrate the format and are not generation results from this site.
