1. Know what the browser tool produces
Open the generator in your browser; no Bulin 47 app installation is needed. It uses one authorized portrait to replace the lead performer in a fixed street-performance reference. That reference guides the scene and movement. You cannot upload your own source video.
The output is an approximately 15-second, vertical 9:16 video at 480p with no sound. Phone settings cannot restore an original soundtrack to a silent file. The existing how-to guide provides the full creation walkthrough.
2. Choose a phone photo the uploader accepts
Select a JPG, PNG or WebP portrait, at least 300 by 300 pixels and under 10 MB. Wait for its preview to appear. If the picker returns an unsupported format or the image cannot open, export a compatible copy before trying again. Renaming the file extension is not conversion.
Some iPhone photos use HEIF, commonly stored as HEIC. Automatic conversion is not promised. Apple explains exporting HEIF to a different format; its example uses Photos or Preview on a Mac to export JPEG or PNG. Use a trusted conversion method and check the resulting file.
For future iPhone photos, Apple documents Settings, Camera, Formats, then Most Compatible on supported devices. This makes new photos JPEG; it does not convert existing portraits. Android photos must meet the same upload requirements.

3. Keep the current task while it finishes
Sign in and review the cost before submitting: a new video uses 20 purchased site credits. If a saved or active task appears, check it before starting again. Keep the same browser and account for the clearest continuation.
If your connection drops or you leave the page, return and look for the saved task. Use Check this task again when it is offered. An uncertain submission is not proof of failure. Do not purchase or generate another clip simply because the result has not appeared; follow the linked troubleshooting guide if its status stays unclear.
4. On iPhone: look in Files and Safari downloads
When the completed result appears, tap Download silent video and allow the browser to finish saving. The filename starts with bulin47- and ends in .mp4. Keep the result page available until you have found the file. The site asks you to save within 24 hours.
Apple directs users to the Files app: open Files, choose Browse, then iCloud Drive and Downloads. If you just saved through Safari, its Downloads button beside the search field also opens the downloads list. Follow the Apple instructions linked below if the controls look different on your version.
Open the MP4 from its download location to check it. Do not assume it will appear automatically in Photos. If your editor cannot see it in its photo picker, look for that app's file-import option or use a supported share action from the downloaded file. Available import choices depend on the app and its permissions.
5. On Android: use Chrome Downloads or Files
Tap the result page's Download silent video control, then wait for the download to finish. In Chrome, open the More menu and choose Downloads. Google also documents opening the Files app to find downloaded files. The exact file browser and labels can vary between Android devices.
Find the recent bulin47- MP4 and open it before editing. Chrome's Downloads menu also provides a Share action for a downloaded file. If a transfer or save failed, retry the existing result download while its link remains valid; there is no need to generate the video again to fix a file-location problem.
6. Import the saved video, then add permitted audio
Create a project in your editor and import the saved MP4 using the app's supported media or file picker. Keep the vertical frame, check the face and movement throughout, and add captions if needed. Use audio permitted for your account, region and publishing purpose. Access to a song in one app does not establish permission for every export or destination. Preview the final export, confirm the audio you added is present, and keep the original silent MP4 so you can revise the edit without another generation.
